Launching of the Mother and Child Health eRegistry

The harmonised Reproductive Health Registry ( MCH e-Registry) is a global initiative to improve data quality and data collection techniques for maternal and child health (http://www.fhi.no/hRHR). It is led by WHO and the NIPH and is funded by the Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation (Norad). The MOH in Palestine through the PNIPH has offered to be the first country for implementing the hRHR to improve maternal and child health in the West Bank & Gaza Strip through improving utilization of monitoring and evaluation service data for decision making.

Safety 2016 - From Research to Implementation International Conference

PNIPH Launches the National Mammogram e-Registry

The PNIPH, in cooperation with the Ministry of Health, launched the National Mammogram e-Registry after conducting a training for Ministry of Health doctors and radiology technicians from four districts on using the registry.

PNIPH Participates in the First Palestinian Primary Healthcare Conference

The Palestinian National Institute of Public Health (PNIPH), one of the World Health Organization’s projects, has participated in the First Palestinian Primary Health Care Conference, which was organized by the Department of Primary Health Care in the Palestinian Ministry of Health. Workshops to improve Non-Communicable Diseases and Reproductive Health Registries

The World Health Organization (WHO) launched the Palestinian National Institute of Public Health (PNIPH) project in the Movenpick Hotel on Wednesday 4/12/2013, under the patronage of His Excellency the Prime Minister (PM) Dr. Rami Alhamdallah, and in the presence of the minister of health Dr. Jawad Awad on the behalf of the Prime Minister, the Norwegian representative in the Palestinian Authority Mr. Hans Jacob Frydenlund, and the acting head of office for the WHO office in Palestine Dr. Mahmoud Daher, and the director of the Norwegian Institute of Public Health Dr. Camilla Stoltenberg.
